Discovery NotesCollected on 9/3/2013 at 4:20 pm at 175 W 18th Ave Columbus, OH. The soil was fairly moist and collected at the surface. The temperature was 68 F. It was mud-like in a high traffic area. It was near a construction zone on north campus of Ohio State University. It was a dark color with small rocks and sticks present on the surface with a chunky texture. It was in an urban area outside of a library where many students walk.
Naming NotesMy nickname for my phage, The Little Bubble that Could, was too long to name it so. That nickname was determined because it was the only plaque yielded on the plate resulting from the enrichment. So I tried to abbreviate the name the best I could.
