Discovery NotesPhage was found outside of the Worcester Dining Common in Amherst, MA. It was a sunny day, about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Soil was silty, almost dirt-like. Relatively flat lawn of grass/soil.
Naming NotesOur phage was found on a Monday. On Mondays at the Worcester Dining Common, students can enjoy Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese from the GrabnGo section of the dining hall. Our group saw the shortened "BuffMac" fitting to commemorate our phage.
