Discovery NotesFound at the surface of mud-like, chunky soil. The site is a high traffic area was under construction during this period. Date: 9-13-13. Time: 4:20pm. Temperature: 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
Naming NotesThe name of the phage came from the difficulty of producing a plate from which the HTL titer could be determined. The 10^-24 solution yielded a calculable titer. It seemed impossible to put a dent into the number of plaques that the phage produced; thus giving it the appropriate name of Bulletproof.

Plaque NotesThe plaques originally had a bullseye formation, but as the concentration of phage increased, the size of the plaques decreased; thus hindering the visibility and formation of a bullseye. The plaques were around 5 mm in diameter before purification. After purification, the plaques were roughly 1.0-1.5 mm in diameter.
