Plaque Notes | The plaques were consistently between 0.15 cm to 0.3 cm during the three streak assays. It was concluded that our phage took on different morphologies and sizes. This was further confirmed when observing the results from the serial dilutions because it was noted that the phage were 0.1 cm in diameter. They were virulent and formed a transparent ring shaped clearing in the bacterial lawn. |
