Discovery NotesThe soil was dry and loose when collected. My phage was collected from a soil sample found by Aalia Syed.
Naming NotesI choose the name Cumin after discovering this phage alongside another, that I entered and named Turmeric. I have always loved cooking and trying different cultural foods. Specifically southern Asian countries like India, which Cumin is often used in.
