Discovery Notes | Time of collection: 9:00 A.M. Soil sample was taken by a pile of decomposing plant matter consisting of leaves and palm fronds. Soil was very dense, moist, and organic. The environmental temperature was 82°F. I scraped about an inch into the surface of the soil and collected 15ml worth of sample. |
