Plaque Notes | I had both lytic and lysogenic plaques which means that some of the bacteria were infected and died immediately. while other ones were infected and were going to take a little bit for it to die. The lysis ones where clear while the lytic ones where cloudy.The average size of my plaques where 3 mm. The plaques were uniform in size most of them measured 3mm and if not it was 2mm. |
