Discovery Notes | In order to plate emerson, there is a change in the procol to amply plaques. Use 2 ml of MTBA and 1 ml of 7H9. Because there is less MBTA, the plate takes longer to set, so if possible, plate directly in the incubator. In addition, incubate at 30 degrees Celsius if possible. |
