Discovery NotesSoil sample collected from garden in a residential yard. Collection site approximately 100 feet from railroad tracks, which are regularly used by freight trains. Soil is not enriched. Soil was moist, and usually hosts local grasses, Hosta, irises, and daffodils. Sample found in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
Naming NotesThe phage has been named Greenfield after my place of residence, which is also where the phage was found.
