Discovery NotesA soil sample was collected on 01OCT2022 under a shade tree next to the Knott Academic Center. The outdoor temperature was 68°F. The ground was moist as it had rained the day prior. The collected soil was roughly 2cm deep from the surface and was wet, dark brown, and
moist. The phage was isolated from soil by enrichment culturing at 25°C.
Naming NotesMy college friends started rearranging the word "himothy" and ended up saying "himatha" by accident and we all laughed.
