Plaque Notes | This is the picture from my 4th round plaque purification. The plate contains the neat sample of phage “HongLi1735”. All the plaques are generally small. Most of the plaques are less than 1 mm diameter. Only a few of them are larger than 1 mm diameters. Plaques are also clear and circular, looks like the agar is being stabbed by needles. |
