The sequence was assembled into fives contigs. One of 49104bp with 95% query cover, 92.46% identity to Alsaber (BD3), and four (16831bp, 2316bp, 7982bp, 27380bp) with an average 92.75% query cover, average 97.4% identity to Zeina (AU6). We hypotheisze the four contigs are signs of contamination of misreads of a phage that was previously sequenced in the same flow cell. which we hypothesize are contamination or misreads of a phage sequenced in the same flow cell.
