Discovery Notes | I collected my dirt sample in the late afternoon (19:55) at a Soil reservoir. Coordinates for sample were at 33.2424982, -97.1474892, and the temperature was 35 degrees Celsius. Dirt was wet and black, with a clay like texture. The hole itself was 2 cm deep, dug out with hand wrapped around plastic bag. There were fragments of plant roots and stems within the dirt, and the topmost layer had what was most likely Algae. |
Naming Notes | The name of my phage comes from an original video game project I am working on named StarLight. The Phage itself is named after one of the fictional cities, Iodys. |
