Plaque NotesIskaba makes very tiny plaques. In order to make the concentrated enough to see a lysate had to be used as the neat sample in a plaque purification protocol instead of using phage particles + phage buffer as the neat sample. Withn the electron microscopy, we know that Iskaba has an isometric icoshedral capsid head and a 515 nm long tail.
