| Plaque Notes | Jamrock is lysogenic. A serial dilution was done on the lysogenic plaques present in the original RO2 sample. Concentrations ranging from 10-4 – 10-8 show evidence of visible lysogenic plaque sizes, each having a clear center and a cloudy ring exterior (a bulls eye). As the concentration and dilution increases the plaque quantity decreases until completely disappearing by the 10-8 concentration plate (fig.5). |
