Discovery Notes | This phage was gotten from the William Pitt Union under a flower bed. It was taken shortly after it had rained and the soil seemed slightly damp. It was taken on 08/05/2017 at 4:14 p.m. |
Naming Notes | I am naming this phage after the doctor on "Grey's Anatomy". In the show this character is really strong and caring. While a different type of strong and caring altogether (strong in that it wipes out the bacteria host and caring in it's goal to make more phages and infect more bacteria), I still feel the name will work for this phage. |
