Discovery NotesThe phage sample was found in soil from Manhattan, KS. The soil was very damp and moist with a very dark brown color and was collected at 15:50. Host range was negative for both G. Lacunae and G. Rubripertincta.
Naming NotesThe naming is based on the location where the sample was collected, the yard of my apartment complex. The word "jank" is spelled from my roommates' initials.
