Discovery NotesLivJessKy1 was discovered from a soil sample that was collected on the shore of a pong , at Pullman's arboretum. The soil surrounding the pond and that was collected was very moist and almost sticky, as well as dense and looking very nutrient-rich. We also found a small worm within our soil sample.
Naming NotesLivJessKy1 is a combination of each of the founders nicknames. The 1 symbolizes that our phage was discovered in our first soil sample in lab class.
