Plaque Notes | The kill-zones on my plates were relatively large in size. The plaque seemed to kill very quickly and reproduced fast. The plaque was clearly lytic and large in size. On my 10^(-3) for cereal dilution attempt number four, there was 214 plaques on the 10^(-3), 25 on the 10^(-4), and 3 on the 10^(-5). |
