Discovery NotesThe phage sample was collected in Hudson, WI. The site of collection was a garden compost pile which was relatively sunny and contained yard and household waste. The sample was collected at 30 mm underground and was somewhat moist.

Plaque NotesA neat thing about these plaques is that they require a longer incubation time. At about 48 hours you will see a clear middle with a turbid halo around it. Roughly 1 to 2 mm in diameter. When not incubated long enough, the plaques appear to be the tiny, clear middles.
