Discovery Notes | The phage sample was collected in Hudson, WI. The site of collection was a garden compost pile which was relatively sunny and contained yard and household waste. The sample was collected at 30 mm underground and was somewhat moist. |

Plaque Notes | A neat thing about these plaques is that they require a longer incubation time. At about 48 hours you will see a clear middle with a turbid halo around it. Roughly 1 to 2 mm in diameter. When not incubated long enough, the plaques appear to be the tiny, clear middles. |
