Discovery NotesThe soil was collected in a horse pen, therefor had some hay and manure content. It was collected at a depth of 4 inches at noon on a sunny day (9/10/16). It rained the previous day making the soil conditions moist.
Naming NotesMoonWorm was named after a pony that had recently passed away. Worm is the last name of the family that owned the pony. Also, this phage looks like a moon with a worm tail.
