| Naming Notes | NemNướng get its name from a favorite Vietnamese dish of mine. It means "grilled sausages". Sometimes it's served in meatballs on a skewer. When you eat all but one last meatball on the skewer, it then looks like the head and tail of a bacteriophage. |
