Plaque NotesPlates were coated in PYCa media, incubated with Gordonia terrae for 2-5 days at 30 degrees Celsius.

Plaques are large (1-4mm) and express halo and non-halo morphology. The non-halo plaques are clear and the halo plaques are clear in the center and opaque otherwise. The plate in this image was incubated for 2 days. After the 2 day incubation, the plaques eventually demonstrated a double halo morphology.
