Discovery Notes | This phage was adopted from Yianni Leventopoulos from a positive spot test, this is the summary of his discovery notes. Soil retrieved from University of Pittsburgh upper campus near the Cost center on January 22nd, 2017. It was 54F and had been raining earlier in the day so the soil was wet. Patch of dead grass was removed from the ground and soil was retrieved by hand using a plastic bag. |
