Discovery Notes | This soil sample was collected from the very edge of a pond that was right across the Juniper-Poplar dorm at USF and next to the road. The soil was very wet and dark while there was also lots of tall grass surrounding it. The soil was very sludgy because it was next to pondwater. There were also many ducks surrounding this area so it is possible that this sample could have duck feces in it. |
Naming Notes | I named the phage "LabubuMatcha" because Labubus are funny collectable figurines and I love drinking matcha. |
