Discovery NotesDr. Connerly collected the soil sample on 09/16/2025. It was collected near an interstate, the soil was dry and under thick grass.
Naming NotesThe name Phantoinette began as a joke between lab partners about the longest name we could come up with to call our phage and ended up sticking as we began to refer to our phage by that name every class period and couldn't think of calling it anything else. Thus the name Phantoinette became permanent.
