Discovery NotesThe sample was collected from a sunflower field in Whately, Massachusetts. It was collected from in between the rows toward the edge. I was next to an ice cream shop and there was nothing else around but trees.
Naming NotesThis name was created by thinking of a cute but unique animal and trying to put a spin of "phage" on it. Platypus was decided for the unique animal, then we crossed it with phage and came up with Phattapus.
