Discovery NotesDiscovered within a grass patch by the W.E.B Du Bois library in an area of high foot traffic. Within the same patch there is a sewer drain, tree, and fire hydrant. The soil sample was muddle upon collection and contained plant matter and some small rocks.
Naming NotesWe settled on the name "Prosciutto" as we were all brainstorming names from our favorite foods. We thought it was pretty unique as other phages in the database had variations of what we were previously planning.

Plaque NotesPlaques were around 1mm in size each during isolation and have a clear halo morphology. We found that due to a large phage size, during spot titering, each dilution yielded single circular plaques of uniform size.
