Discovery NotesSpot Test: Positive, large, clear spots.
3 Plaque Assays (Purification): All had the same results; tiny, round, slightly cloudy plaques.
Webbed Plate: Many plaques, all the same shape/size, round, small, not cloudy.
Spot Titer: 2x 10^10 pfu/mL
Host Range Assay: No plaques were produced in either host (Gordonia rubripertincta, Gordonia lacunae).
DNA Extraction/TEM: 220.2ng/microL;
260/280: 1.86
Patch Assay: All 6 of the isolated colonies tested were lysogenic.
Naming NotesEach letter is the first initial of our dogs' names, and the 4 is because we originally counted 4 dogs. However we forgot about the 5th dog "L" but decided L4 had a better ring to it than L5.
