Discovery Notes | Found on a cold winter day near a running path in a public park. Was about 15 degrees F, and it had just rained the day before hand. |
Naming Notes | After using serial dilutions from a high titer lysate I found that the phage particles would only appear starting from the 10^-4 concentration. The phage burst out from seemingly nothing compared to the 10^-3 plate. |
