Plaque Notes | The plaque morphology was round, symmetrical, and clear plaque formations. There was two isolated phage, one showed very small pin-prick plaque formations, and the other showed large plaque formations. However, these two phage disappeared after multiple attempts of isolation, which drew us to the conclusion that they were co-infectious bacteriophage for the host M. foliorum. |
