Discovery NotesTaken from under small tree in flower bed away from house and road. The soil was moist and cool and about 1-2 inch depth.
Naming NotesThe name of our phage comes from the location we found the soil. Instead of labeling the soil samples with a number, Ian labeled his samples with the names where they were found the phage. Ever since we have only referred to our novel phage as the "Small Tree" phage.
