| Plaque Notes | Our phage has 2 morphology actually. We have really small plaques (1mm by 1mm) that have clear edges and are very clear. We also have a big plaque morphology that was around 4mm by 4mm with clear edges and clear backgrounds. We conducted an experiment to make sure that we have one phage and this isn't a mixed population and the findings showed that this really is just one phage with two unique morphologies. |
