Discovery NotesOur group members are Preeti Rao, Anya Mehta, Ashlyn Schidemantle, Kylie Mahaffey. During fall semester 2025, this sample was collected near a bush on the sidewalk of a road. The surrounding environment was grass and dirt. The texture was dry and a dark brown/black color.
Naming NotesWe chose the name Spotsy because the plaques from the phages look like spots on our lawn.
