Discovery NotesI found this sample in a spring feed pond at six inches beneath the soil. The site is a marshy woodland as well, and the temperature was eighty-eight degrees Fahrenheit. The soil was wet, and they day was humid. The spring is also beside a dirt road.
Naming NotesThe spring feeds a pond named Stamper Pond, so I named my phage Stamper after the pond.
