Discovery Notes | Sample was found on July 25th. in a shaded area under a tree and large low growing plants with large leaves. The area was manually planted and looked after by the university. The soil had many large ants and small insects. The sample was collected under the top layer of dry soil. The layer underneath was a darker brown and looked more moist than the top soil. |

Plaque Notes | The plaque was from my first direct isolation on 7-25-22. The plate was very populated with a mix of big clear plaques on a background of smaller cloudier plaques. The sample was taken from one of the bigger clear spots. |
