Discovery NotesDirt was by a river bank off of a nearby water fall. Dirt was damp and dark a plant. It was September 8th, 2018 at around 6:35 Pm. The depth was about 25.8 mm deep in which I dug. The temperature was around 70 degrees F. Pcr cluster was none. Titer of HTL in later labs was about 3.5 x 10^9. This sample of dirt caused very small plaques to from on my agar plates.
