Discovery Notes | The sample was taken from dirt about 3-4 inches under mulch directly next to a plant by the back side of Palmetto Hall at FGCU. The tube was used to directly scoop up the dirt. |
Naming Notes | Tiny refers to the low titer it produces, while Titan is a strong word that shows the phage can still do something significant without a high titer. Titans are interesting in mythology, and I am interested in my phage. |
