Plaque Notes | The first plaque observed was contaminated but 4 small semi-transparent plaques were observed. After pure phage purification, hundreds to thousands of plaques were identified. In the smaller sample (around 300 to 500 estimated plaques), 40 unique plaques were identified with a semi-transparent rim and a darker, more clear plaque directly in the middle of said rim. |
