Plaque Notes | The phage seemingly presented with two distinct morphologies depending on the concentration of phages in the surrounding area. When very isolated, plaques tended to be very large (0.2cm) with a clear center and clear margins. When more clustered, plaques were much smaller with slightly more turbid centers and clear margins. |
