Naming Notes | FeliMaine simply means "Maine the cat". Feli is from Felidae, the cat family. Maine is my orange tabby who got to Pittsburgh in 2023. Similarly, phage FeliMaine is the first phage I brought to the Hatfull lab in the following months. |
