Plaque NotesWith various Calcium concentrations experimented with, it was found that at room temperature and overnight incubation there are tiny but plentiful and clear plaques grown. At 30 degrees Celsius and overnight incubation there were bigger plaques but still small and clear but less plentiful. At 37 degrees Celsius and overnight incubation there is no growth at all. As the concentration of calcium increases the bigger the plaques grow. Calcium concentrations experimented with were: 0 mM, 5 mM, 25 mM, and 50 mM. At 30 degrees Celsius without calcium there is no growth.
