Discovery Notes | Found on campus (March Field). The field itself is grassy, and the sample was taken from about two inches deep into the soil. the sun was shining on the field when the sample was taken |

Plaque Notes | All of the plaques were cloudy, leading me to believe that the plaque was temperate, and the phage were lysogenic. This means that along with the presence of phage, there are still some unaffected bacteria in the plaques. Each of the plaques have a sort of ring around them, and I believe that all of the phages are lysogenic ones, and not lytic ones |
