Discovery NotesLocated outside Morill 3 Science Center, our phage was collected from relatively damp soil. Near the stairway, where no trees or bushes were present, the soil was collected approximately 4 inches below the surface.
Naming NotesOur phage name is KimoTech, named after the sterilization wipes we use to clean our workbenches. To us, it represents the cleanliness and precision that we try to portray in our phage work.
