Discovery NotesThe sample was taken from a backyard potted plant and the soil is a mix of multiple different soils and mulches. The main component of the the soil mix is Miracle-Gro® Potting Mix. The sample was taken from the bottom of the pot, which is why there are some roots in the soil sample. The plant the soil was collected from was watered just a few hours before soil collection. The soil had various plants growing in it.
Naming NotesI chose this name because I got my soil sample from a potted plant.
