Discovery NotesThe soil sample was taken underneath a damp mulch pile near the entrance to the FGCU Food Forest. The soil sample was enriched in Corynebacterium glutamicum NRRL B-2784 but the phage only grows on Gordonia terrae (NRRL B-16283).
Naming NotesThe phage was discovered in a soil sample taken from the Florida Gulf Coast University Food Forest."Skog" is the Norwegian word for forest.
