From enriched soil sample?Yes
Isolation Temperature30°C
GPS Coordinates41.3172 N, 72.7209 W Map
Discovery NotesThe sample was found in the morning, 70F and the soil was a mix of dry and wet. About 10mm was dug down, and grass was pulled to mix in with the soil sample. Since microbacterium foliorum was discovered in the phylosphere of grasses, I wanted to mix some of the grass into the soil.
Naming Notes"Minima" is Latin for "tiny". Minima produces 1mm plaques that look like archery targets.
