| Discovery Notes | Anthrobacter was isolated from sand from M St. Seaside Park beach, NJ. Sand was taken from near the water where sand was moist but not completely soaked. Dug 6 inches down before retrieving sample. |
| Naming Notes | I wanted the phage's name to be sand related for two reasons: because it was isolated from sand, and because hurricane Sandy hit the beach I took the sample from. |
