Genomic DNA was sequenced on a ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry. The sequence assembled into 5 contigs. Two contigs (3,047bp and 2,300pb) with an average of 81.33% query cover, 89.84% indentity to phiScoe45 which is 88.68% identical to Saftant (BD3). Two contigs (2,785bp and 2,589bp) with an average of 95.66% query cover, 89.24% indentity to LukeCage (BE2). One contig (2,564bp) with 65% query cover, 92.04% indentity to Endor2 which is 93.68% indentical to Celery (BD3). |
