Plaque Notes | Phage tends to form mostly large plaques, with the occasional smaller sized plaque. Optimal temperature is between room temperature and 30 degrees Celsius. Does not grow at 37 degrees Celsius. Grows just as well without any calcium (at optimal temperature) as it does with 25 mM CaCl2 concentration. |
